Challenge
During my internship at Buuút, we received an exciting request from a client looking to establish a unique identity for their daycare. They wanted us to create both a logo and a website that not only captured the essence of their brand but also resonated with parents and children alike. It was crucial for them to develop a logo that was fun and playful, embodying the spirit of a welcoming daycare, while also maintaining a level of professionalism that would instill confidence in parents seeking quality care for their children.
Approach
To tackle this challenge effectively, we held multiple brainstorming sessions with our team, allowing us to explore a variety of creative ideas and concepts. These collaborative discussions helped us zero in on a design direction that would be both fitting and memorable. Throughout the design process, we maintained close communication with the client to ensure their vision was being accurately translated into the final product. This ongoing dialogue allowed us to make adjustments and refinements based on their feedback, ultimately leading us to a design that perfectly reflects their wishes and aligns with their brand values.
Final Words
Once we finalized the logo, we shifted our focus to the website design. We created some playful variations of the bee mascot, which served as a central element of the branding, specifically tailored for selected pages on their website. These designs added an extra layer of engagement, making the website not only functional but also visually appealing and aligned with the cheerful atmosphere of the daycare.
